Born and raised in Hungary, I completed my studies as a physicist and also as an economist. After a shorter period of self-preparation, I started competitive cycling at the age of 35 and found that it gives me real joy and fun to try and perform better and better and see how far I can get. Continuously looking for up-to-date methods that allow performance gains,
I not only became acquainted with structurized training programmes, bike technology, but also focused on sport nutrition which ultimately lead to studying dietetics, which is something that is currently ongoing at Semmelweis University of Budapest. I won the Hungarian Amateur Road Championship in 2023 and started my coach training the same year, to finally get officially qualified in 2024. Already as a rider I went all in and started to use TrainingPeaks with a coach account, earning Level2 Accreditation from TrainingPeaks.
