Different people can have diverse goals: some may want to have a more active life and are looking for a hobby to help them to keep focused alongside their office job, some other would "only" like to lose some weight or increase their endurance, or simply live in a more healthy way. Again, some others put all their efforts to be the most prepared for an important sportive or a whole racing season. All of these goals can be broken down to different milestones and require a tailored training approach from sportsperson and coach alike, but there are targets that must remain common:
- Maximalizing time efficiency
- Minimalizing the risk of injuries
- Regeneration between training sessions should leave enough room for the body to adopt to the workload
- Regular training and regeneration should allow the sportsperson to reach his/her predefined goals
If you believe you have similar expectations and it is important for you to work with a coach that is an
active cyclist himself, is constantly working on extending his knowledge base not only in cycling but also in excercise physiology, nutrition and sport nutrition, we may find the common voice.
I can offer
data analysis and tailored coaching to fit your time schedule, personal goals, current and targeted fitness.
On this website I do my best to introduce the working methods and tools that I developed and use while working with athletes on a remote basis. Have fun browsing my site!
